#CLOSER TO YOU

Nexia day is an annual event organized by Nexia international to give member firms the opportunity to celebrate its growing network. This is achieved by organizing various activities to explore three of its main values – Enduring relationships, being Business minded and being there for our clients (Globally connected). These values were the underpinning idea for Nexia’s day 2018 themed “closer to you”.

Nexia Agbo Abel chose to celebrate this year’s Nexia day on the 25th of July by visiting internally displaced persons in two camps in Benue state. This was an opportunity for the firm to give back to the society by showing solidarity and support to persons who are bearing the brunt of violence which they have no part in creating. With a team of volunteer doctors, nurses and pharmacists, the firm was able to attend to the medical needs of several children. We also donated relief and educational materials to support the children.

To foster enduring relationships, Staff and partners were also treated to a fun-filled day in Abuja. We went bowling, go-kart racing, paintballing, and organised various team competitions and board games

Overall, it was an exhilarating and rewarding experience for us here in Nexia Nigeria.
